SGC provides a full range of support services for all systems supplied. This support encompasses installation, commissioning, training courses, system upgrades and routine maintenance and calibration.

To obtain the optimum performance from any system it is important that the equipment is adequately maintained and supported. In the case of flow metering computer systems, it is imperative that the end-user has, within their organisation, the expertise to carry out the day to day maintenance. However, it is accepted that the depth of knowledge and experience, necessary to ensure that the more complex computer part of the system is performing to its full potential, is best provided by the original supplier of the equipment.

SGC can provide tailored support contracts to compliment the activities provided by end-user personnel and provide them with direct and on-demand access to SGC engineering support services.
